Cancellation conditions applicable to the cancellation of the accommodation reservation by the guest:

1) The client has the right to cancel a confirmed reservation at any time 1 month before the arrival date without cancellation fees in writing by email.
The following conditions apply to later cancellations:
30 – 15 days before arrival 25% of the total accommodation price
14 – 7 days before arrival 50% of the total accommodation price
6 – 2 days before arrival 80% of the total accommodation price
1 day before arrival 100% of the total accommodation price
2) In case of cancellation due to unavoidable events (death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or a member of his family, serious illness, natural disaster), the cancellation fee is not charged. The customer is obliged to document the above-mentioned facts with a written document to the accommodation provider within 3 days of their occurrence at the latest.
3) Cancellation of the stay order can only be done in writing by the ordering party and the accommodation provider. The date of cancellation of the stay order is considered to be the day when the notification of this is delivered to the accommodation provider, or the customer. In case of cancellation of stay according to point II. the customer is obliged to document these reasons.
4) In the event of premature termination or interruption of the stay without fault on the part of the accommodation provider, the latter is not obliged to return the paid price of the stay, nor its proportional part. However, the host may, with regard to particularly serious reasons, proceed differently from this provision.
5) If the conditions for the return of a demonstrably paid deposit (or its proportional part) are met, the accommodation provider will return it in the manner specified by the customer (in cash, transfer order, postal order, etc.) within 30 days from the day when the period for its return has begun to run (i.e. upon delivery of a written cancellation of the order to the accommodation provider).
6) The cancellation fee is calculated from the total amount of the order, not from the amount of the advance payment. In the case of cancellation of a stay for which an advance payment has already been made and according to the cancellation conditions, the amount of the paid advance is higher than the cancellation itself from the total amount, the amount exceeding the cancellation will be returned to the client.

Cancellation conditions by the accommodation provider:

1) The host is entitled to cancel against the client at any time. If the accommodation provider cancels more than 5 days before the agreed start of the stay, the other party does not have the right to compensation for the damage or any additional costs incurred in connection with the alternative accommodation of these persons.
2) The fact that the accommodation provider cancels against the client more than 6 days (inclusive) before the agreed start of the stay is also considered a circumstance excluding the responsibility of the accommodation provider for damage caused to the customer.
3) If it is not possible to proceed according to point 1 for legal reasons or for reasons expressly agreed between the accommodation provider and the customer, then the accommodation provider is liable for any damage up to a maximum of CZK 2,000 or up to 1/20 of the amount actually incurred damages – the amount that is higher for the entitled party is used. Lost profit is not reimbursed under any circumstances.

Final Provisions:

1) These conditions are in accordance with § 273 Act No. 513/1991 Coll., Commercial Code and are valid and effective from October 1, 2013.
2) Legal relations between the client and the accommodation provider are governed by the provisions of these cancellation conditions, the deviating provisions contained in the contract between the accommodation provider and the client, and the provisions of the Commercial Code.
3) The cancellation conditions apply only to confirmed written orders (e-mail, letter, fax).
4) Cancellation of the stay order can only be done by the accommodation provider and the customer in writing (e-mail, letter, fax).
5) These terms and conditions continue even after the termination of the accommodation contract between the accommodation provider and the client.
